coming down fast but I'm miles above you
I am turning into my term paper for Qianlaoshi a day late :( It frustrates me greatly, but that's just how the timing worked out. A nine hour shift the day it was due (at midnight) kinda screwed over my usual procrastination system, and it turns out that I'm more likely to turn it in late than do it early. Ahwell. It's coming along pretty nicely; I think I'll have it done before 10 pm tonight.
In and around working on this, I've emptied the dishwasher, taken out the trash, and gone for a run, which took me only 35 minutes. I become very productive when trying to avoid doing things I know I have to do.
What's kind of amusing to me is that I *enjoy* writing papers like this, where I've gotten to choose my own topic and texts. But I still can't focus on it to save my life.
I've also read and marked Kushiel's Scion, Tangled Webs, Shadow Queen, and Shalador's Lady. For the record.
