i forgot! i was supposed to write how my experience with the realtor was! i'll keep it brief.
we found a place!
tomorrow we sign all the stuff(and pay the dinero)
it's a really cute place in madison...2 family, we're on the top floor. 1 bedroom(that is so small i think just our beds will fit) but a spacious livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. and 4, that's right 4 walk-in closets. it's insane...they are so big, that we are turning one into an office! the kitchen pantry has built-in shelves and curio with glass doors on it. all hardwood floors. i'm thrilled! so close to the train..actually we're right between the ymca and the library. drew peeps will know what i'm talking about. the yard is big,there's parking space, quiet block. i can't wait! may 1, baby!
but i guess i shouldn't get my hopes up until all the paperwork is completed.
