Here we go!
Keep in mind I was exhausted while watching, and I haven't re-watched it yet, but overall I didn't mind this episode.
I think I expected it to be a little bigger than it was, mostly because it was the 100th episode and there was a lot of hype surrounding it, but I thought it was good. Definitely much better than last week's episode.
I was never a fan of Adam so I was kinda meh about seeing him again but whatever. It wasn't a huge thing for me so overall I was fine with it.
The one thing that I will admit is that I don't get a lot of the Sam hate I'm seeing on the forums after this episode aired.
First off, I agree with Dean and what he said to Sam about not trusting him, about Ruby and the demon blood, and about how all of it makes him certain Sam will say yes to Lucifer and so Dean wanted to say yes Michael before that happened.
But overall, I thought Sam was being a good brother in this episode. He was worried about Dean, he wanted to protect him, he even tracked him down to his motel in the beginning of the episode. He got Castiel and Bobby involved in preventing Dean from doing something stupid and suicidal. Furthermore, Sam told Dean that he believed in him and that he needed him. He was trusting and patient and overall a good brother.
So I dunno, I don't get the Sam hate at all.
Anyway, back to the eppy, I'm glad Zachariah is finally dead. I hated him since the first moment we laid eyes on him and that feeling has only intensified as the season as progressed.
I do hope Castiel is okay and I'm guessing Adam is dead again which suits me just fine.
And that is pretty much all I have to say on that.
Thoughts? Opinions?
