Past few days
Tuesday - Said a painful goodbye to Geoff who had to work both Wednesday and Thursday in Redlands, and would therefore not be seen by me again for four months.
Wed. - Packed, had a wonderful dinner with Gail, Jen and Eric, visited briefly with Cameron and Mike, received a call from Geoff who had returned to La Crescenta regardless of the extreme inconvenience to see me, hung out with/said goodbyes to Bri-bri, Bonnie, Val, Tamar, Beth, Steve, finished packing with Geoff, said goodbye to Geoff again
Thurs. - Hung out with Jen, went to Vons with Jen (ah, tradition), checked mother into hospital for surgery, went to airport, arrive in NY to my FABULOUS roomies, friends and gorgeous apartment.
Fri. - Picnic in Central Park, unpacking, errands, catching up with friends, missing everyone back in Cali ... especially Jen and Geoff.
Oh ... and finally .... CONGRATS SEONGELA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited for you!!!!!! And even if money is tight, don't forget to eat!!! Could I have possibly added more exclamation points?
