So I defend for my Master's in December. Meanwhile, my plate is rather full of things I feel urged to be finished with. I don't actually think many of them are at the point where I need to be in a rush but I feel rushed anyway. A grant proposal came back for one of the research projects I'm more involved in. The rejection was fine, it's not something we're in dire need for but the reviews indicated several papers/tools we need to mull over in order to clarify the difference between what we're doing and what they did. Most of them were easy, but one is kind of close and, unfortunately, there is no clean documentation on what it can do... So I may need to learn it myself. Pleh, I don't feel like it. I've seen enough of it that I'm fairly certain it's just a related technique but I don't have enough that I'm certain a reviewer won't question.

The summer has been nice, otherwise. I've gotten to write a bit recently, and I've gotten plenty of other research work finished. I'm writing my first wiki page on a markup language the advisor I work under created... I don't know why but I'm having quite a bit of fun writing it.

Also, I want a fursuit.
