I figured I might update for any poor souls who live for this stuff. This would be my third weekend back, and I am already in routine again. Classes suck again, but do they ever get better? I haven't picked the worst one yet, but I have cancelled out the class where my teacher is allergic to his own bodyhair. He's actually a cool guy. And he loves my hair. He told me so. I was scared.
I'm back to being an RA too, and that seems to be on-track thus far. There are 2 new RAs in the building, and they seem to be wonderful folks. We've got good folk in this here building. Well, as far as the staff goes...But I'll make you wonder about that one.
It's good to see everyone here, too. I think it's funny that two of the people I enjoy seeing here were the ones crammed into a triple/quad with me freshman year. Lennie also has a nice, new coat. I want to pet it. All my other friends are just pedophiles, like usual. Miss you, Adammmmmmmm.
In other news, I'm a broke mofo. Therefore, this semester will require me to go to a lot less shows...And to stop buying pointless things. The idea of a job still seems appealing, but I need to find a place that would accomodate my stupid schedule.
In Marist news, the basketball team is still first in the MAAC. If you go to another MAAC school, eat shit. Dane Cook is coming in 3 weeks, and I plan on going...and sitting in/near the front. Also, I am attending the Broadway musical "Wicked" in 2 weeks. It's about the Land of Oz before Dorothy comes. Finally, myself and other cool RAs from my building are going to an RA conference at SUNY Cortland in a few weeks. If you see me up there, be sure to avoid me ;). It should a fun time had by most.
I may lose some cool points for this, but I am currently upset because I cannot find the new Lifehouse single. I listened to the 30-second clip on iTunes, and it's really good. Hopefully, it'll be available in the near future. Their first cd is still, probably, my most listened to cd ever. Don't knock it till you listen.
Time to watch a movie downstairs.
