People, well some just don't have brains. In fact, I don't know how if they do, get by in HS. Working where I do, it is interesting to watch people and as my co-worker put it mildly, it really makes one more self-conscious as a tourist. For those of you who don't know Savannah this is going to seem mean but I promise it's not, just use your brains when you take a trip.
Common questions:
1. The beach is on the Atlantic Ocean? (um... do you really want me to answer)
2. Where is the place of that woman on T.V.? (Boy, that narrows it down)
3. Why is it called River Street? (Could it be, ITS BY THE RIVER!)
4. I have two hours here, what can I do? (Eat, then go home!)
5. Where is the Historic District? (YES DUH)
Most of the time it is people who don't know but every once in a while you get a really special person! Amusing, it is.
I have about 3 weeks until university begins again. I am dreading and excited about the same time. It is kinda boring around here and yet I am not ready to begin the work load again.
Weekend was interesting. S and I hung out just about all weekend. Friday we went to R's dorm to hang out with him at his apartment/dorm room. Saturday was a benefit for A. I saw her mom and my little sis as well. I was a little aggravated that I walked all that way and only saw a few of my buddies none of which were from GSA.
Well, tonight not too much. Taking a rest from this weekend. I know I need it. Well, time to turn in.
