Aren't Two Foots Sneaky

I hid my rattle at the bottom of the litter tray and piled a load of hay on top in a hope it would get thrown into the recycling bin & i could get a new one (even though I have one identical).
Anyway out the litter tray went to be changed & guess what back the rattle comes.
Aren't two foots sneaky checking the contents of your litter tray for things like that & telling me I would have to explain to the Council why there are non recyclable items such as rattles in our brown bin which is meant for hay and greens only if I hide it in there again & it is not found.
