Together with the locals of the little town of Friesach you will be part of an outstanding project. You will get the unique chance help to reconstruct a medieval castle. Receive an official welcome from the residents and town officials in Sirnitz who proudly call their village the “Official People to People Town of Carinthia. Enjoy a unique cultural experience and discover the impressive life of the Austrian mountain farmers. Learn about their everyday life, their work and how they spend their leisure time, e.g. how to milk a cow! Afterwards enjoy a traditional meal.
No pics today yet. Dami says they slept in tents in the castle last night, and it was nice and warm although the kids from Texas were freezing. He's having a great time :-)
