Yesterday was my first
Bikram Yoga class and it kicked my butt.
There are 26 poses (each done twice) and 2 breathing excersizes in 90 mins. This would be a pretty easy class normally but the catch is that the room is 104-112 degrees and 70% humidity!! I could literally feel the blood pumping though my heart.
I'm on the $20 for 10 days unlimited sessions track to see if I like it so I'm going to try and
go everyday.
