Gonna skip past the part where I actually BROKE my glasses, lest I drive myself into a rage...
I have broken frames, but lenses in good shape. They're a decent size and although they might need some reshaping, they may fit into new frames. Can I go to a random glasses place and get new frames for the old lenses? That is, do I need to go through the see-a-doctor BS, and if so, does our insurance cover anything for vision? I certainly don't have insurance in my home country, so anything I can save is a plus. --;
ALSO
If I *do* need new lenses, too, can the store do everything to check their strength and replace them?
As much as I enjoy wearing contacts to school (and frightening small children with my devil eyes), I tend to wear my glasses more, and the older pair I'm utilizing aren't oshare strong enough. Thanks very much to anyone who help me out!! >_
