Official Transcript

One of the things holding up sending my application out are the two requirements of my university, since I'm a senior to be graduating in May 2009. I need the proof of enrollment, which I'm going to get today from my adviser, but the transcript is proving enormously difficult.
My university hasn't sent me my official transcripts. However, I have an official transcript from last spring (when I was a junior) that I was going to use for a study abroad program I ended up not applying to. If I don't get my current official transcript by Friday, is it safe to use the one from spring?
