I am the only dem in my office and I'm not allowed to voice ANYTHING on my opinion because it pissses people off and causes issues. THIS SUCKS. They talk about jumping out the window and how the world is now going to end but I can't say it wasn't just about black voting for black without everyone going nutz. I'm not black and I voted for Obama

You're not alone. Even in Texas the margin of victory for McCain was smaller than expected. It's more than just a "black thing"

If they want to jump out a window, they should be encouraged to do so. Then, perhaps, you could get some work done without having to listen to them complain. :-P Yeah, things you can't say in most offices...
