Well I managed to find a bayonet for my Lee-Enfield yesterday. It's a Pattern 1907 bladed bayonet from the First World War designed for my No 1 Mk III. With a little help from Sir
Richard Burton and his handy
bayonet manual, I shall learn ancient art of skewering someone by practicing on feed bags stuffed with straw.
Karen was with me at the military antique store and she picked up a long desired
pith helmet. We're all set to fight off hordes of Zulus now.
