i spent the past five days in barcelona, gawking in disbelief. i sat with my feet touching the mediterranean sea, eyes searching, and not feeling the slightest desire to move.
in less thrilling news, a very artful pickpocket permanently borrowed my wallet from my purse on friday. by the time i realized this and called my mom, he had already charged $1400 on credit for a rental car and drained half of my checking account.
