Both roommates are leaving in December... back to stressful roommate hunting. Hooray.
So yeah- 2 rooms- midsized-to-small, $520, small one, $425. December 1st.
I'm sure I'll get all "hey its a great awesome space for a low price in a super chill hood and I'm a wonderful person to be around! You wanna live here!" in a day or two, so I'm waiting for that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach to subside before I post anything on CL. Man, housing stuff is stressful, and having a lease in your name and staying in the same spot for 3 years doesn't guarantee the security I hoped it would...
