Through Zach's Eyes
"why has she been ignoring me lately? is it that other guy? does she love him more than me? what have i done, i've been nothing but loyal... oh great, here she comes..." The young woman approaches Zach and gives him a kiss. He sticks his nose up at her and turns away. She looks baffled and grabs his head and tells him to kiss her. He reluctantly obeys. The young woman turns out the light and crawls into bed beside Zach. It's pitch-dark now. She waits. Zach doesn't budge, he smells the other man on her clothes. She feels guilty. The woman rolls over and starts to cry a little. "oh no, what have i done, i'll lose her forever." Zach gets up a little and snuggles in next to the woman. She gives a faint smile. She apologizes. Zach looks up at her and gives her a very loving kiss. Her smile changes to a laugh. As she looks down at this pile of fur laying next to her in bed, she can't help but think that life can't get any better than this.
