Travel plans
On friending people on facebook they typically say, I just went through your photos, looks like you have done alot of travelling.
Of course it is all relative, I haven't been on the year long backpacking around the world trip that so many kids do these days, just bits and pieces on annual leave...
At the moment with the mortgage and interest rates, overseas holidays are interesting propositions at the moment but not sure how many will become reality. Here are some ideas...
-cycle tour a-la-aushiker.... bus to Esperance, ride back up to Perth (9 days - spring 2010?)
-ride across the nullarbor (west to east in winter, east to west in summer - 5 weeks may have to wait til winter 2011)
-Adelaide for the Tour Down Under (Jan 2011) (4 days)
-Europe for the Tour De France (2012) + touring (5 - 8 weeks?)
-NZ - North Island (14 days)
-Perth to Bunbury by bike vai the new highway (3 days)
-Adelaide to Darwin ride...(no idea how long...)
-US-couchsurfing tour (unspecified dates... long service leave? ;)
