parking bays and other stories
We delayed our building inspection, mainly because the Vendor is having trouble delivering on of the clauses on our contract - exclusive use of the front bay for our villa.
The owner of 10A has issues with it - but both the front villas have parking for two vehicles. The 10A owner doesn't even live there, he rents it out. And he wants a 'first come first served basis', which is fine for me, Taz will just sit there and sit there but I bet people will whinge then. We don't want that. If they are going to do it like that we could use both the front bays. Bet they wouldn't like that either. Hahahah.
We will know whether we get the bay or not on Monday and then we will have to decide if there is no bay, whether to proceed with the contract. My concern is whether the villa will be a pain with only one parking bay - the proximity to the train station means that parking along there is already regulated. If that tightens up in the future and we only have one bay, well, it might suck.
