All I have to say is thank god for late night tv. Conan actually made me smile, my first real smile all day. Strange, it felt very foreign to my face. But it felt good. Hopefully he does another french impression tonight. So simple a thing, stupid even, but it made me smile. Something I have not done in over 24 hours.

See, it really is the little things. It's the little things that heal the big pains.
