boring weekend
I didn't go out anywhere today. Just stayed home and totally shocked my mom because I cleaned my room! Alex called and we talked about what happened yesterday. He wanted me to call Courtney and I told him I'd think about it. I'll call her tomorrow, maybe.
I was so bored I even went into chat at gc. I only saw one person I knew and we chatted for like 10 minutes then I left because I was getting weird pm's with guys hitting on me. I think everyone who goes there now is just looking for one thing. It seems that way anyway. It used to be fun and I met some nice guys there but I don't see them online much anymore - guys like BobbyD, Dennis and Andy.
One of the things I like doing now is reading the newspaper. I know that sounds strange and at first I didn't really get into it. It started as a school thing. Every day we have to read the first page of the paper and then we talk about it in class the next day. Before I never really knew or cared what was happening. Now I'm getting interested. The only thing is my dad gets a little annoyed if I leave the paper in a mess before he gets a chance to read it! But he likes it that I'm taking an interest and it gives us something to talk about too.
