I cut off the tip of my left ring finger. I was slicing a mushroom for a spinach salad at work, and the knife slipped. The doctor stretched my finger skin over the round, gaping hole, and sealed it with five stitches. There are a lot of nerves and blood vessels running down the end of fingers, and it felt like perpetual beestings for the first night. Eventually the shape of my fingertip will return to normal, but it is currently flat.
This means I won't be able to take any pictures for a week or so :(. Not that it matters, the weather's been mostly shit.
