I now own a Tamron 17-35mm Di LD SP Zoom lens. "Di" means that it's specially designed for digital SLR-s with the APS-C sized CMOS sensors, "LD" means low dispersion, and "SP" designates premium quality glass. The front of the lens is multi-coated, and looks like a iridescent jewel. After reading a very positive review on it at luminous-landscape.com, I just had to go out and buy it, even though it cost me a little over 800 bones after taxes. I took a few test shots, and gods, the clarity of the unsharpened RAWS is closer to the sharpness of a post-processed RAW from my crappy kit lens. I look forward to showing you what it can do, after I take some REAL shots.
My 22nd birthday is this monday. My parents bought me a necklace from a mosque in Istanbul for my birthday. All I know so far is that it has islamic calligraphy on it, saying "There is only one god, and his name is Allah". Wicked.

Since the music is non-RIAA, you may download without the worry of ending up in court (even though it's unlikely, and only applies, as far as I know, if you live in the excited states of america). There's also A LOT of great NON-RIAA music out there. The music covers many of the major genres, from country to hiphop to pop to all permutations of "indie", which doesn't really mean much but I think you know what kind of music I mean. My name's "csar", and I post torrents there. Keep in mind that you must register to download, and a minimum ratio of 0.3 is required. But if you really get into what the community has to offer, you'll have no trouble keeping the ratio.
