Christmas was indeed great. Nothing is sweeter than knowing the "reason for the season," eh? HAHA. God is so awesome, your awesome, Joel's awesome (obviously not the same awesomeness as God but whatever you get me).I love my life because Christ is at the wheel. ( country tip #393 :listen to "Jesus take the wheel" by Carrie Underwood). Reading this LJ and your comment to Joel really made my day (I caught a cold so I am feeling kind of dismal this morning). I love to read about how you guys love eachother so much. I am so happy Joel has such an awesome friend in you and vice versa. May nothing ever stand in the way of this beautiful friendship. A brother (in my case sister) in Christ is such a blessing. I know my best friends\ sisters in Christ are as valuable to me as all the money in the world because they offer me and give me so much. They love me unconditionally, keep me accountable, guide me through tough times, and so much more. I know that whatever I am going through they can relate, whether its our own walks with God, family, school, boys, etc. Haha they even understand that I can be prideful, pretentious, condescending, you name it. They know I build walls, that I worry, that I fear so much, etc, and they help me through it and teach me to be a better person. It seems like you have a very similar relationship with Joel!I wish I could have been at Applebees there with you guys just talking\duking it out (at the same time I would not have wanted to crash the "boys bonding" party) Joel's probably the funnest person to fight with and from what I can tell from you, your equally fun. He is one of the only people who can take me hahaha. (dont tell him that, and Joel if you read this do not get cocky because I will hurt you.) Anyways, keep it up boys, your so different from all these wordly friendships around me. This goes to show you don't have to pick up chicks together or drink beer to be best friends, It can be so much deeper than that! I love my UCO boys so much, they are such awesome and Godly men! I know I can count on them for anything (except relationship advice because then the Difato's squirm hahaha). I wish you were in our UCO too! TTYL
