pure chaos
well things are going well, my cheek has returned to almost normal size, thank you guys for praying, please when you remember keep that in your prayers i need the infection to go fully away and never ever return!!!
we went out and jammed out in the streets of Byron last night with over 50 of us. It was really awesome. I got in this amazing conversation with this 17 yr. old girl. She had been through so much. She was working 3 jobs. She was supporting her dad. Her mom kicked her out of her house at 7 and she lived in youth hostels. She was in prostituition for 2 1/2 yrs at the age of 12 and she had been into some pretty intense drugs. She told me how she felt worthless and she gave up caring a while ago. I got to talk to her about her worth and tell her that the lie is actually that she isnt worth something. thats actually the lie. the truth is that we are worth something even though that sounds like the lie to so many of us at different parts of our life. She had went to school in a christian school, and after many relapses into drugs and her always crying during worship and her interest in witchcraft, the "christians" gave up on her, told her she was demonised and washed their hands of her. I got to tell her that although christians suck that God never gave up on her and still hasnt. Her name is Allie. She is a beautiful girl, please pray for her. She lives in Byron and she is going to come hang out today.
there are so many bitterly broken people, so many people that life just beats the junk outta ya, wrings ya out and and spits you out. I guess we all have that at times in our lives it just looks different.
God just seems too good to be true i suppose sometimes.
