“Let me worship you.” His voice, gravelly with need, edged with desperation, slid over Joon's skin on shivery puffs of warm breath.
“I'm not a god.” He stretched under the fingertips tracing muscles along his back.
“I thank them all that you aren't.” Hungry as his voice was, his hands and lips slid down Joon's back, over the swell of his ass, and onto the backs of his thighs with a sweet gentleness.
It took Joon's breath away. He sighed a soft moan as lips and fingers memorized his skin, though they already knew every inch of him. Tension sparked and built around them until the frenzy shifted those hands and that mouth into roughness. They fell over the edge of insanity and into the chasm of pleasure.
For long minutes, he lay on his stomach, unable to catch his breath. Rain collapsed next to him, head resting on the same pillow, face toward his. When Rain smiled, full-face and beautiful, Joon felt something slip and fall from his chest to his stomach. It was not unlike the feeling after a roller-coaster plummeted down a steep hill and whirled quickly around a loop of track.
Something must have shown on his face because the smile vanished from Rain's. “Changsun?”
“What?” His voice was uneven with his stomach fluttering wildly and his heart pounding madly.
“You look...sick.” Reaching out, he ran a large hand over Joon's hair. “Are you regretting this? Us?”
“No. No!” Sitting up Joon gripped the hand that fell from its caress of his hair. “I just realized something.”
“And it made you look like you were about to puke. Can't be anything good.” Rain shifted, sat up, and clasped Joon's other hand to stop its anxious tugging at a loose thread on quilt. “Tell me.”
“It's not bad. At least, I don't think it is a bad thing. A scary thing, maybe. A surprising thing. But not bad.” He heaved a breath. “Well, you might think it is bad. You might be unhappy about it.”
Using his lips and tongue, Rain cut off Joon's babbling. Pulling away, he said gently, “Just tell me.”
“I love you.” The words stuttered and whispered into the tense atmosphere. He watched Rain's eyes go blank and jaw slide open. “See. You aren't happy about it.”
Blinking and shaking his head dumbly, Rain stared at Joon. “You just realized you love me?”
Head down now, he muttered, “Yea.”
“God. I've loved you for two years.”
Joon's head swung up in shock and nearly beaned Rain in the face. “Really? All this time?”
“Really. All this time.”
Tears prickled behind Joon's eyes and relief flooded through his body. Instead of crying, he did the manly thing and threw his arms around Rain's neck, climbed into his lap, and rode him with all the energy of love.
