today was my last day of RAD class...we had simulation which was AMAZING like always (i mean how often can you beat the crap out of a cop and get away with it?) then we watched the video of ourselves in simulation...OMG...i had no idea i made ANY of those moves...it was crazy awesome!....yea so im pooped now...and i bet ill be sore tomorrow but whatever it was amazing....i think they have another class coming up in november, and NO JOKE...EVERY SINGLE GIRL WHO READS THIS HAS TO TAKE IT!!!!!! im not kidding....every woman and every girl on earth owes it to herself to take this class...so yea....yall may not have any idea what im talking about but RAD stands for Rape Agression Defense and it is such a valuable class for women to take...it majorly raises your awareness of whats out there and gives you valuable lessons on how to protect yourself if you need to....(im not talking about a lame self defense class like in King of the Hill when bobby learns how to scream THATS MY PURSE! I DONT KNOW YOU and kick em in the groin....im talking SERIOUS SELF DEFENSE!) newayz im gonna keep yall updated and ask again later whos interested in taking it....and its FREE by the way....some colleges require that you take it and some places charge up to 350 dollars for it....but the harris country sheriffs department offers it completely free! so yea...thats it...but i hope you'll all consider taking it...statistics say that 1 out of every 3 women have or will be attacked or sexually assaulted in her lifetime...dont be one of them!
