Celebrate those you've loved and lost.
I love you and miss you every single day mommy.
This Monday the 5th marks 5 years since you've been gone. 5 years without you physically in my life. 5 years without your hugs, rubs on the head when I was sick, or advice. You were an amazing, beautiful woman and you taught me so much. Thank you for EVERYTHING you've EVER done for me, for EVERYTHING you gave up for me, for EVERYTHING you pushed aside for me, and THANK YOU for putting up with ME being ME haha. I LOVE YOU!!!
*For those who aren't familiar with Dia De Los Muertos aka Day Of the Dead it is a holiday typically observed by Mexico and other Latin American Countries (and in some communities in the US and other countries) usually on Nov 1 and Nov 2nd. This holiday focuses on Celebrating and Honoring the dead, which I think is a beautiful sentiment. If you've lost any loved ones just take a moment or two out of your day to celebrate their lives and the love that you have for them.*
