I know there are a few people here in the city who are pilots. I was hoping that maybe we could all work together to form something like a pilot's guild, where we could work together. Fighting each other would result in unneeded destruction and possibly death. Using our machines, we can protect and help out citizens of this city

I've always had an interest in aerial patrol. I recall this City had a sanction on the air space, but I'm sure some kind of agreement can be made.

Absolutely. We're no official authority by far, but having reserves on land, at sea, and by air is the best we can hope to accomplish.
