I know there are a few people here in the city who are pilots. I was hoping that maybe we could all work together to form something like a pilot's guild, where we could work together. Fighting each other would result in unneeded destruction and possibly death. Using our machines, we can protect and help out citizens of this city.

So, I implore every pilot of this city to consider this. Thanks.
