Over vacation I went to maine (friday-sunday) and friday went pretty good.We got there, did some mad shopping, checked into our hotel and then went to this amazing beach.
I am a fool
After the beach we went out to eat at this nice restaurant, and then went to the hotel room, and watched tv and slept. The next morning Paige called me and told me that a bunch of kids had been in an accident, including Nate Plaza, and I had no clue what to do or say. For once in my life, I was at a loss for words. I never thought anything like this would ever happen in Leicester, but It did, and It is completely and totally horrible. People will still be feeling the effects a year from now. People will still remember all of these wonderful kids 10, 20, 50 years from now. They didn't deserve what they got, and its the hard cold truth that awful things happen to good people. God bless their families.
After that we went to another beautiful spot, with the most amazing rockscape i've ever seen.
It was the most beautiful, and peaceful place. It made me think about how some places can be so absolutely beautiful, while others, like back in leicester, can be so horrible and depressing and full of grief. If ever I needed a place to be at peace with everything in the world, these two spots would be perfect.
