Meghan, look inside my shorts!
I finally finished my Iliad assignment. Take that Homer!!!! Mine is absolutely aweful...i don't even know that my sentances are slighty coherent. Oh well.
Got back from the lake today. It was a surprising amount of fun. I took Brian's kayak down the river (i fell out twice but that's not what's important...he'll still be proud) and the girls and i were total goofballs.
Up at the cabin, Mike has a list of his hilarious quotes up on the refrigerator. By the end of the weekend, there was a list of Laci quotes too. I'll post some of them soon because they are quite hilarious (especially the ones having to do with Poseidon the aquatic bird).
But after we got done kayaking and canoeing, Meghan and I got the novel idea to jump off the end of the dock. Although it was kind of gross last time I did it, it was horrible this time. Meghan and I literally were pulling handfuls of mud and gunk out of our swimming suits. So when we got back to the cabin, Julie heated us up some water, and we had to stand outside next to the cabin and try to shower and clean off with a tea kettle. Hilariousness ensued. Oh and i'm sure the neighbors saw more or meghan and i than they ever wanted to.

So tomorrow morning at 7:30 i'm babysitting Adam. Then Meghan and I have our political theory class at the university at 1:10. (Yay my first day of college). Then it's off to work the pearl jam concert at 5:45. I'm overjoyed.
But i've decided that I love Julie (brian's sis) and we voted and we are sisters now. We are going to do some sisterly hikes before it gets to cold and we are already planning on all of the lame movies we are going to watch this winter at the cabin. Maybe if Tim and Brian are lucky, we'll invite them.
Ok well i'm going to go work on the dress i'm sewing (haha, it should be funny).
