I'm gonna go with Mickey Rourke for The Wrestler. The Academy loves a comeback story. Sean Penn is another possibility.

It's between Kate Winslet and Anne Hathaway. Kate Winslet possibly for the fact that she's been nominated 6 times (the youngest ever to do so) and never won. If Melissa Leo won in a curveball, I wouldn't faint.
Actor in a Supporting Role
Heath Ledger. WIthout a doubt. I miss him so much.
Actress in a Supporting Role
This one is tough. Penelope Cruz is the favorite. So either her or Viola Davis for Doubt.
Animated Feature Film
This one is another obvious one. Wall-E

Probably Danny Boyle for Slumdog Millionaire.
Best Picture
I think Slumdog Millionaire is pretty safe.
