I used to tell people I was an asshole. I was very up front about it.
I honestly believed that if I told people that, and then was an asshole, they had nothing to complain about if I was.
...I just read a post from someone who definitely has some issues, basically telling folks that he's a hyper-critical, super-crazy asshole. With the same basic intent.
