Starvation and hatred

Thinking about food typically makes me almost sick to my stomach and honestly, stories like this about someone hanging on to the edge, don't help that feeling in the slightest. But I think it's important that I realise just how dark things can get. I'm much, much closer to having this happen than anything 'good', and I always will be, and I can't let myself forget.
