the other day, as i was working on siesta key, i came across quite the ruckus. firetrucks, cops, animal services and every civil servant in a 1 mile radius were gathered together by the waterside somewhere along midnight pass rd. at first it seemed like a vehicle might've drove through the mangroves. turns out it was the floating, dead, bloated carcass of a manatee. WHAT THE FUCK? so many resources wasted and bogged down by a floating-fucking-turd. i don't really care, conservation is stupid anyways. stupid manatees.
