Woot Woot!
Ok, so I am packed and ready to go. Gotta get my shoes cleaned up a bit, grab my jeans out of the dryer, and remember my hairbrush and makeup. I am so pumped about going to NYC that I can't stand it! I am just sooo excited! Ok, so that makes it sound like I am bragging...hold up. Let me start this thing over---this holiday break has been good but mostly boring. Don't get me wrong, I love my family, but when they are all at work and I am left at the house, I get really bored. Now I know how my pets must feel everyday. I couldn't wait for someone to come home so I could actually talk to a human being. I didn't get to hang out with any of my friends that much. I went out to eat once with Caroline and Beth, but that was it. I guess this trip just makes my holiday break worth while because it is my one point of excitement. Yesterday was my birthday and it was pretty lame, so I am looking at tomorrow as a belated celebration of the big 2-2. Even though we have to leave for the airport by 5AM!!! tomorrow, I am still excited and can't wait to get to the Big Apple. I wish I could take all of you with me though. How fun would that be? A group trip to NYC...we would do all the tourist-y things like the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty, but with so many of us going we could so start an impromptu game of football in Central Park too. Ok, well I hope all of you have had a marvelous break, I miss you all dearly. Take care and see you in the new year!
