Back Home
Man, it feels so good to be back here on campus. I love living with these girls and having everyone around me. It seems like I almost handpicked half of Beeson's residents. We all get to hang out all the time, play frisbee, cards, etc. I can walk to their rooms barefoot if I want, knock on their window, and get invited in. It's a great system so far.
I absolutely love it, though it will change a bit tomorrow when we all start classes. I have Organic Chemistry at 8AM, so I might need to skip hanging out at night for some extra zzz's. I can't wait to start decorating our common room. I want to go crazy in there, but I will have to consult the suitemates first. I really don't want to start classes, but as long as I am here I don't think I will mind too much.
My sister's friend Jamie had her baby this morning. A little girl named Skylar McKenley (sp?) Erwin. She weighed 6 pounds 8 ounces, and they are both doing well. Ashley got to be in the delivery room when she was born, so now she is a proud aunt and I am proud that she didn't faint!
