I haven't really had a lot of time to actually PLAY sims for a while. I've spent most of my time working or hanging out with my husband and our friends... and spend most of my computer time creating stuff for my game and then taking pictures of said creations in-game. So when I saw this contest running at GoS, I was somewhat interested. After seeing some of the awesome results, I decided I needed to try for myself.
I plopped Sy down in Veronaville, and immediately set to work breeding her with various suitors. Finally, four generations down, I ended up with a beautiful sim named Zentoo. And then my computer crashed.
Since I hadn't played sims in forever, I had completely forgotten the need to save constantly. Damn.
So I rebooted the game, went back to Sy's Veronaville home, and tried again - this time making sure that I saved the game after each new set of babies. Yay, me!
The first time I played, I had a little more variety. Like... men. But this is what I got the second time around, and I was pretty happy with how the two girls turned out. I am currently playing Sy in Strangetown, trying out some alien genetics. It's fun, but I haven't had quite the success I had in Veronaville.
To start off with, here's the family tree for Seena and Story, Sy's great-granddaughters.
First up is Story, my entry into the contest. It was really hard for me to choose between the two of them, but my husband liked Story better. And she had Bottom's elf ears, and I couldn't resist that.

And Seena, who was the first born of her generation. She may be lacking in elf ears, but I still think she's gorgeous. There is something about her that really reminds me of Sandra Bullock, who I have always kind of thought was beautiful in a very understated way. Anyways. Seena was my favorite.
