So I decided to make a shirt for Emma. One that actually fits her since the one she had she was borrowing from Archer. It was too big on her. I couldn't find good fabric to make one for the longest time, and then finally came across these really cute footy socks. At first I didn't think even think of them for clothes, but then I thought of a little sweater shirt, and thought I might be able to use them. I finished one this morning, and it's awesome!! I'm really sorry that I don't have a machine to sew with right now, but it still turned out ok. I pretty much made the pattern as I went, and I hope that I can copy it to make the rest of the socks into it. I do have to make a couple of adjustments if I want to make it with long sleeves, but that's more in the way that I cut them than the actual sewing.

Also, I'm liking GA right now. It's perfect spring weather, and all the trees are blooming. What makes it better is that I know that when I get home in May, It will be almost exactly the same weather! I think in general VA is about a month and a half behind. I got to take a bunch of pictures today, and am probably gonna be sorting through them and posting more.
