I know the weirdest people...
Last night Karen and I baked cookies. So we brought some to Milos, because we're nice like that. While delivering the cookies, we noticed that Justin (his roomate and a great Sedlecky brother) did not have a sheet or a blanket on his bed. Just his bare mattress, a pillow, and a foam mattress pad. We asked Milos if maybe Justin was doing his laundry, or home for the night (obviously he wouldn't be home, because he never goes home), but you never know. Well Milos told us that Justin was doing none of those things. He just had forgotten to bring his sheets and blankets, and so he had been sleeping on his bare mattress and using his mattress pad as a blanket for the past TWO WEEKS! He lives 10 min. away. He also had about 20 thousand books put away neatly on his shelves. He remembered every book he's ever read, but not his blanket? And he hasn't bothered to go home and get it for two weeks? Justin what the heck?
I asked him about it later, and he just said, "don't worry about it" which made me laugh because that's Candace's saying, but Justin doesn't know Candace, so he didn't get the joke.
So I gave Justin my blankie that I made so he will be more comfortable until he goes home. I offered my extra sheets but he refused.
