Falls Legacy 1.3
So after a good 2 days switching over all of my images from the last two updates to imgur, I've finally had enough time for a new update!
Last look at the old house!
Marta cackled evilly the entire car ride.
Yep, I finally "built" them a new house. It's a highly edited version of the house Cypress Manor by Romagi at MTS.
They could definitely afford it..... they uhh... did a bunch of interviews about having so many kids! Yeah, that's it!
If I hadn't ignored the cost I never would have built anything. Sorry. That is the one rule I just had to break.
I'm not doing a full house tour because it's not necessary. Eventually you'll get to see everything (or everything important at least).
First floor.
Living room, study, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and garage.
Second floor.
Master bedroom, nursery, two kid bedrooms (Marta's and one that will be Nicholas's), and four bathrooms.
Basement.
Gemma's room, Charlie's room, bathroom, club area, nectar making area.
Interrogative simmer: Where'd they get the nectar press?

I've never tried out nectar making and I really want to, but I don't really like sending my sims on adventures, so I had to use buydebug.
I looked away for a second and I honestly thought Charlie was slapping Gemma. She wasn't. I was a tad disappointed.
Gemma, being the good little home-maker, went right down to her room to make some muffins.
Marta: Do you really think you're going to win with that move?........ Actually though, do you? I've never played before.
Charlie: Hmm... There must be a way to make money with this.

Marco started a garden.
I love the way the house looks at night, especially with the stars in the back. Also, good thing this generation isn't a sausage-fest, I don't know how to decorate any differently. I don't know what I'll do if I get a generation of mostly boys.
Marco: You just have to be everyone's friend.
Olive: Are you fucking kidding me?
Marco: And break as few hearts as possible.
Olive: He's joking, right?
Olive: A rose? Really?

Also, I just realized that i have a really bad habit of calling Olive Marta, so if I do it accidentally, I'm sorry.

Gemma then went to watch the cooking channel, even though she wasn't getting skills for it. Why not Maxis EA?

This is actually the first house I've been happy with the decorating of I've done in a while.

They never use the other side of the table and I don't know why. Maybe I'll move the chairs and put them back and see if it fixes it.

Meanwhile: Marco an Peach have nightmares about their first days of school.
And to be clear, I did not force Marco into a pink room. It is his favorite color. Peach likes Green.

This is where things got sketchy. Marco would not go through doors. He would do stuff if I picked him up using moveobjects on, but he would not leave whatever room he was in.
More buydebug abuse. I'M SORRY, OKAY? I just wanted some renoit grapes, geeezus.
So then Marco disappeared. That's his plumbob glow.
Olive: Daddy? I didn't actually want him gone!
So I had to use the reset lot function on MasterController.
Marco: I think I'm a clone now.
Eventually I got it all sorted out and Gemma had a bake sale.
Nicholas was just chilling with the flowers.

Finally some customers came.

Moxie Logan (who at this point due to SP was a one-star celebrity) showed up and Peach rushed up to talk to her to raise her status.
I later noticed that she had moved into the Falls's old house. What a small world.
A paparazzo showed up right away and just stood there, facing the opposite direction.
Charlie is done with cake.
Peach: So how did you get pregnant?
Moxie: Well I've been doing a lot of cardio if you know what I mean. ;)

Then Peach wanted to go out for a night on the town to get more celebrity points.

At this point through gossip Peach finds out that Hyacinth got dumped. I felt sad for her and her bass playing-awesomeness.
Peach also gained another star (so now she has 2).
Vampire: I hear girls like vampires who read like Edward Cullen.
I even made Peach eat cake at the club. She wasn't paying $31 for autumn salad.
When Peach tried to leave literally everyone was starving around her (this is just a few of them freaking out). It got so bad that she got stuck to someone and I had to use resetSim.
Marta had a wish earlier that day to find a rock, so I sent her off to find some. She found two diamonds so she got them emerald-cut.
Gemma: What is she planning to do with those emerald-cut gems? *is scared*
She woke up really early and played freezer-bunnies before school.
Gemma: JUMP BUNNY, JUMP!
I then realized that Peach and Marco hadn't even spoken since before the birthday party.
Marco: We should spend a day like we did when we were just dating?
Then the nomming began. Good thing they didn't woo-hoo, more kids is not an option (although Peach seems to think they are).

New babysitter. This one's cute too. Too bad this generation is all girls/I think it's going to be pixel_trade.
Olive: I wanna be a taxi driver.
Nicholas: I'm gonna be an astronaut!
I guess Marco was right (except for the wrong pregnancy). First the Nachos incident and now this. HMMM.
Charlie decided to one-up herself and do her homework at the firestation.
Marta did hers by the side of the road.

She had a playdate with Neil Starr-Bumble.

Then he set his homework down to do it with Gemma and the babysitter swooped right in and stole his seat.
Anti-climactic ending is anti-climactic.
Sorry for the generally sucky update, what with having to make a new house, me leaving early tomorrow morning, and the fact that my game decided to spazz out at me I didn't have much time to play and get a good update together in time. I'll be good when I get home, I promise!!
Also, I'll be leaving again tomorrow for a week with... *gasp*, no internet (well possibly sporadic check-ups on my phone). So, no posts until I'm back, and I probably won't have a chance to respond to comments until I'm back (but you know I will eventually :) ) Also, I won Generations on eBay and it will be here by the time I get back from my trip, so get ready for a crazy childhood!
