In The Cut

Has anyone seen this movie? I thought it was very sexy. Like film noir for women, or something like that. I just wanted to hear other opinions. A lot of people hated it for various reasons. It is always interesting to me to see movies about men killing women done by a woman. Like American Psycho. It's kind of poetic. My reasons for liking

Meg Ryan got a lot of criticism but I thought she was fabulous. Many people said they made her look ugly. I say no way, just real. Life isn't all cutesy girls with perky breasts. I thought she was beautiful, slightly saggy tits and all!! I like movies that bring intimacy to such a level that it makes people uncomfortable. More people need to be uncomfortable more often.

I've generally been really displeased with Meg Ryan's acting "ability" (I recently squirmed my way through Kate + Leopold, my interesting being held purely by Hugh Jackman). I'll give it a shot, though.

Isn't it a shame, but with perky-breasted, cutesy girls sometimes you get a certain degree of vapidness. Not always but well...alot! Yeah Kate + Leopold was pretty cringe worthy, but you might be suprised by her in In the Cut. I'm not saying she went to new heights of brilliance. She just suprised me, that's all.
