After the election I was chatting with a lady in my neighborhood about the election. She told me that she was going to vote for Kerry but heard that Jane Fonda was supporting him and changed her mind. I said calmly that I didn't vote for presidents based on celebrity opinion but I wanted to kick her solidly in the shins. It becomes very difficult to respect your elders when faced with this sort of thing. Good god! Related to this brief moment of nostalgia is this article that makes me very happy in some ways and sad in others. Mainly sad for the kids that this is affecting.

I have to lead the discussion in my seminar class today and I'm a tad bit nervous but I'm prepared and ready to sit back and let the class argue. So it's all good. Have a good day guys!
