Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone!
I've not got much of a sweet tooth personally, I rarely crave chocolate, I'm more of a toast or crisps kind of girl.
Jake did my Easter egg hunt for me this morning - it was excellent. Better than I could have imagined, he went to maximum effort and he pulled it off superbly. He posted a clue, he video captured one on my phone and he created and email address and emailed me a clue! The password for which was 'jakeshugecock'. Haha, what a dingus.
That said, the mood in this house today is low at best. We had a couple of my friends over last night which was fun, but Jake drank and smoked too much (well not actually that much at all, but the combination get to him) and he was pretty sick. Obviously he didnt do it on purpose but it still pissed me off, as it isn't the first time. Plus I had to clean sick off the carpet at about 1am. Grand. (He wasn't sick on the floor, he was sick in a bowl and it spilled. That was after he'd already run to the toilet about 5 time. Honestly i don't know where it all comes from). Things between us havent been great lately anyway, so I guess it wasnt great timing, but I'm not actually that bothered. Its the boringness that drives me mad. It feels like we don't talk anymore, we just watch TV. I guess we're just spending too much time together, but it never used to be a problem. I've been cooking this dinner all day today, marinading, and making sauces etc and now we have to sit at the dinner table together and force conversation. This has never happened between us before and I hate it. I've been in situation like this before, but not with Jake, we're usually so in-tune to each other. I guess it's just ups and downs.
