I've realized how i've come to point. People started to put things in my and I began to think on it to much.
And before I never questioned it, I just went with the flow knowing in head that anything could happen.
Now I've turned into this paranoid analytical person who's getting a bit too carried away with their thoughts.
The only cure to make this stop is to get back into that state of mind that I once I had and time of course.
It isn't that hard, just don't think about it, don't think about it at all and whatever happens, happens.
C'mon Jessica, you're actually good with things like this. Just listen to yourself and don't believe
anything else unless there's a sufficient amount of evidence to back it up, ha.
