toscana, pienza
went to tuscany on sunday. it was very beautiful!! we spent a little time in pienza admiring the counrtyside and then we went to a wine cellar and sampled some wines...mmmm. from there we went to a farmhouse type place where the grapes for the wine come from and had an amazing lunch. i love homecooked food!! i also met some cool people, it was nice to talk to somewone other than my roommates.
this weekend nikki and i will be going to poland and austria. in poland we are going to see auschwitz, we would have like to see more concentration camps but it would be too expensive to go all over poland and germany. after we see the concentration camp we will leave the next morning for austria and will spend all afternoon, and the next morning in vienna! i am soo excited!!
