What a day! And whatta night!
Wow... I can honestly say that it is a miracle I am functioning right now. Yesterday was quite a bluster!
I did my trial day at Anrig Chiropractics yesterday, and... wow. I have SO much to learn. So far I have learned the simplier part of the filing procedures, how to make a new patients file, a few (and I mean very few) of the computer applications, and how to check and clean thr rooms and gowns. My supervisor, though, is amazing and very thoughtful to the fact that I am brand new to office work at this level, and even though she went over a whole bunch of procedures, she repeated to me over and over that she knows I won't remember everything all at once. My last job expected me to just remember the first time they ever said anything, and would get frustrated if I didn't know how to do something. Something tells me that this wont be the case. The office staff is wonderful so far, and have been really helpful to me. By the end of the day, they had me signed on for the training period and have given me three tapes (one which seems to be blank...) on how to talk to customers. CRIMENY! Thank goodness I was in Drama in High School...
So after that, I was two hours late to the fur meet. OOPS! I honestly didnt think they would have me there for the whole day! So I run home, change, pick up my buddy Steve, and drove as fast as I could to Manchester Mall. Course it was too late to eat anything at the food court, so we headed off to the bowling alley. I was on the losing team, but I was the BEST LOSER!! YAH! I can't believe I got a strike. I am too friggin awesome. AND MIRA! Friggin gawd, We need to find a dance club. And no more cowboy hats! gaaaah! I had a great time chasin her an fighting off Matrix (mmm tail!) and damn... it's just been so stinkin long since I have had a let loose kinda night. I guess it was the dancing hat. And the fact there was a person who actually enjoyed dancign with me! I NEED TO GO DANCING! DAMNITDAMNITDAMNIT!
Okay, I need to go and run a copy job. Mira and Me at the gym tonight...gotta find out when though...
