On Friday I took an Accuplacer Placement Test at TMCC to find out what math and english class I would be placed into. I went into the test worried that I wouldn't do too well on the math portion because I haven't taken a math class in so long. Well they just posted what my scores mean and sure enough!! I am in Pre-Cal and English 101(which is just a required college english class). In order to get a BS here you have to have taken English 101 and English 102. So, I was expecting that. I am excited about the math score though! I hope I do ok in the class. Please let me get at least a C!! We will see :)

I am just taking Pre Cal and Eng101 this term then Eng102 over the summer and then to UNR Fall term. I am going to work on their Health Ecology program which is similar to the Public Health: Community Education program I was in at PSU.

If we end up(hopefully) moving back to Pdx then I will just go back to PSU right away. I am still admitted there all I have to do is re-enroll and also submit any transcripts from TMCC.

Whether I go to UNR or PSU I am about 2.5 years away from a BS. The length of time depends on how heavy my load is during the time. I have just decided lately that I have to just do it... I have to finish. If nothing else for it to just look good on my resume and for my own personal knowledge that I finished a program. Plus any job I have will be in an office setting. I will most likely be an office assistant or receptionist. I like working in an office. If I have a BS that will help me be more of an office manager or at least increase my hourly pay.

I am not sure how I will fit kids into this program but that is something in the back of my mind too. It will work out however it works out.
