Good News, Bad News, ever read it?
The gist of it is that to every good thing in this kids day an equally bad thing happens, but he's always saved by the "good news".
I kind of feel like I am in that story. Good nes, I am in a beautiful place and my job is going well; bad news, I got sick with an ulcer. Good news! I recovered and was back at work, with a promotion! Bad news, I slipped on some ice and am out of work till February at the earliest. Good news, I may have worked enough to be eligible for Employment benifits while off!
Let's hope the trend is for more good stuff. I felt really bad yesterdqay about my dog, I can't wa;k him and if I am going to let him run outside I risk loosing him to all sorts of misfortune. I think I should send him to stay with someone more active or something... but I don't want to be separated from him. Anyhoo... life goes on.
